Returning A Product (Change of Mind)

No refunds, credits or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an Order. All goods are fully inspected prior to shipment, so please choose carefully prior to making your purchase as returns and refunds are not offered.  

Cancellation on Stock and Grind Lenses

  1. We normally begin to process your order once we receive it.
  2. If we receive notice of cancellation from you before your order is processed, we will refund to you the full amount which you have paid.
  3. If we receive notice of cancellation from you after we begin processing your order, we will be unable to refund any amounts charged from custom made lenses and tints etc.

Frame Warranty

  1. 12 months against manufacturing defects from original purchase date (if returned frames are under manufacturers warranty ). All returns must be accompanied by a date of purchase and reason for warranty claim.
  2. Lindberg frames – 24 months against manufacturing defects from original purchase date.
  3. A detailed reason for warranty claim is important as it assists us in processing your warranty claim, and allows us to inform our suppliers, and hence improve product quality.

Stock and Grind Lenses Warranty

  1. 12 month warranty on materials, coatings or production defects from original purchase date.
  2. No warranty for incorrect scripts supplied. However a remake can be offered at a reduced price.
  3. Multifocals – For non-adaption the multifocals lenses must be returned within 30 days from date of receipt. The lenses may be replaced with bifocals or a distance and near pair of single vision lenses.


  1. No warranty on customers own frames if any damages developed in Occhio’s fitting process are result from frame quality problems.
