Description
Moscot Shtup: Fresh off the boat from Cuba, Luis Mendoza made his mark on Orchard Street every holiday season in the 50s. Dressed in his colorful guayaberas and wrap-around frames as loud as his laugh, Luis was impossible to miss – and even harder to resist. Whether it was the ladies or the fellas, everyone was down to SHTUP!
